Bulletin Boards

What if there were a bulletin board in each town that players could leave notes on for teaming for bosses/clearing quests/etc? It could also be a place to find new quests as well, or special event quests, etc. Or, I have so and so items, who wants them for this item or that much money? I think it'd be super handy and cool.

That would be a handy method I suppose, but the forum is also for that too 
. But having an in game method of that would have its perks.

And that's why I listed other purposes for it, and besides that, I know some, if not a lot of, people don't actually use the forum, even if they should.
