Lol u could use fake out more then once but it's effects only work on the target one time XD but yeah and making healing move a one time thing would make them useless so naw lol

how does it make them useless, for one time in battle you gain half/full hp back, and no fake out can only be used once

yes hence the need for nerf xD how many times have you seen airi die? on normal pokemon games heals are fine since you are always getting hit but on PZ there are probably more turns you dont take hit than turns you take hit

Nah, heals don't need to be once a match things. Just cause you can heal every 5 turns doesn't mean you're invincible, far from it. It just means the opponent has to use a better strategy if what they are doing isn't working. To make healing a once a match thing would unbalance things, as blisseys primary role is usually healing, as only under special circumstances can a blissey be made to be an effect attacker. What would they do all match then?

its very unfair to expect anyone to kill tank like blissey in 5 turns especially special attacker, when you probably wont even get hit in on each turn, though maybe it should be that one person can be healed only once during battle, so softboiled would work on self only once, but you still could give heal to teammate unless you have already healed him before in that match

To give special advantage to special attack based pokemon to triumph over a pokemon that naturally has a advantage oer special attackers(i.e blisseys level of special defense being matched only by shuckles) would be defeating the purpose of the stat differences entirely. Rest is ok to have a 10 turn cooldown because that's the nature of the move, and it only effectively has a 6 or 7 turn cooldown once you wake up normally. It all boils down to the level of strategy put into the fight, not that the heals are too strong. If what you're doing isn't working for you against a tank or team with a healer, you're either under equipped or outclassed, or you're just not using a good enough strategy to make good use of your available resources.
That's not to mention that the game is called a strategy game, so it would be redundant to kill off one strategy style because of it's validity.

10 turns or just once a match would just be way over balancing. I think the current 4 turn CD and required proximity of the only ally healing moves is more than fair enough. It's not hard to get to the healer if they have to stay within range of their team mates lest they die and leave the healer alone. It makes their movement range so much smaller than the whole stage.

I digress though, these are just my observations and opinions. Ken and Zete are entitled to do as they please.
Just don't add more CD to rest. God it's long enough, I can only ever pull it off twice if I use it right away in the match and then right before SD.

besides i am not now really thinking team fights, just one on one against healer, with team its 10x more OP but i am thinking so it would still be useful to healer but so he cannot heal himself all the time in fight, ive seen fights where person has healed itself 4-6 times and thats way too much xD and its not really about tactic and of course your under equipped if your sp.atk working against sp.tank but it still shouldnt be impossible to win which it now is thanks to heal xD

Lol, just plain old healers who don't get stat or moves for single combat don't need to be doing single combat. I don't think that means that heals need to be nerfed server wide though, I just think that particular behavior could be discouraged.
Also lol. Sp atk based pokemon aren't meant to just brute force their way around a sp def tank, if that tank happens to be a healer it's just supposed to be all the tougher. That's just how the mechanics worked out. I'll also mention that there are ways to make a tank not be a tank, such as debuffs or moves that ignore sp def stat (i.e psycho cut). There are plenty of ways of dealing with a beefy pokemon, heals or not.
And I don't think Zete will agree to nerf one of the primary functions of one of his favorite starters.
