De Hellooo everyone. I'm a new player hoping to get the most enjoyment out of this game as possible. Really a unique and wonderful spin on the game of pokemon. Well just wanted to say hi to everyone also how do i evolve budew?

Welcome and glad you are enjoying the game! 
Budew will level at a certain level! After that you would have to find a stone to evolve Roselia into Roserade, but you might want to hold off evolving into Roserade as you can see on websites like Serebii and Bulbapedia, Roserade doesn't have many attacks while Roselia does
