Say, if you beat a Boss, any pokemon from that area is unlocked in the Dojo Egg Shop. It sure would save a helluva lot of mindless farming. Or perhaps if you defeat a certain number of that pokemon, it's egg will apppear in the shop?

:/ yeah if not they should raise the drop rate up a big at  least for common poke or weak ones and make it harder for rare and tougher ones XD

No pokemon is weak, it's just that every pokemon has its own style of gameplay, ergo there shouldn't be varied drop rates, exception magikarp, as all pokemon can be played to equal strengths if used right.
