Scrolls??? Empty Scrolls???

I cannot figure out how to actually use the scrolls.  Are they bugged?  Am I stupid?  Could it be both?

um first you click them in the inventory (or is it double click?) then you click 'Yes' when it asks if you want to use them. THen you go to the item you want to use it on and click (or double click) on that and then click Yes. ^^ And if the scroll is successful the equipment will get a boost!
