2nd Attack per turn bug.
I was doing some reading and saw how you were having trouble with multi-hits dealing half damage after the first hit. Well, while pondering that and how it was fixed, I was playing my Munchlax. I am killing rattatas for the first mission, and I can use 2 tackles per turn. Well I was noticing that my first one per turn would hit for 6 or 7, and my 2nd one always hit for 3. Is this intentional, or is it a similar bug to the multihits?

Further testing shows that the reduction of the second hit's damage by what appears to be half occurs even if used to strike another opponent.

Re: 2nd Attack per turn bug.
Using two different attacks definitely fixes the problem, and I can see where this intentional damage decrease is a huge benefit when fighting against the environment (sometimes), but it can also be sort of detrimental to the player. But if it is purposeful, then cool.

Re: 2nd Attack per turn bug.
This was done on purpose to have people use a variety of moves instead of just 1 over and over if it was like 3 PP. Let's say Tackle which is 3PP it is 40 Base Attack, now if you did it twice in 1 turn that is essentially an 80 Base Attack with Knock back. So if you were to use the same attack like Tackle in the same turn the 2nd hit would be halved, this doesn't apply to Multi hit attacks such as a Double Slap that will hit normally until you try to use Double Slap again in the same turn
