Water does has the same issue as bubblebeam did it , it doesn't hit everyone in its selected area and it doesn't show the rest only the front one
plus its based damage is at 30 >..> its lower then water gun lol its suppose to be 60

Ken-San there were more bugs on forum XD and can u make abi not hurt team mates o.o like stat lower abi o.o
