Mawile should be able to learn both Iron Head and Play Rough from Xatu (even though it can learn both through leveling), however none of them appear on Mawile's list when talking to Xatu.

Currently some of these attacks will only be able to be learned once you get to the right level, Mawile at the moment doesn't have all of it's Heart Scale moves available that it is able to learn as it levels up.
