A Question about Speed!

As we all know in PZ, the Speed stat does not have the same impact as it does in the main series games of Pokemon!
For Speed we have moved a lot of the stuff to just affect your Movement Points! But Speed still does have a little play in PZ as it affects who goes first after every round.
Should abilities and attacks that affect Speed still just affect MP or do both MP and Round Order?

Attacks having a priority based off speed priority in official games... now that would be interesting to see, I'm up for seeing that implemented.
