Yes, it's Independence day, or America's birthday.
Lots of firework shows and such, but it gets celebrated at night.
It should be okay as long as the tournament isn't too late in the day.
You best bet would be to base the tournament time on Eastern Standard Time, which is 3 hours later than Ken's time, as it would encompass all of the USA.
